Description
A collection of Yugoslavian military surplus 7.9mm (8x57mm Mauser) rifle ammunition produced in 1952. The lot consists of several original cardboard boxes and loose cartridges mounted on steel stripper clips. The cartridges are constructed with brass casings and copper-jacketed heavy bullets, with primers sealed in red lacquer. Each cartridge features a headstamp marked with the factory code 11, the production year 52, and two five-pointed stars. The cardboard boxes feature Serbian Cyrillic labels indicating the contents as 7.9 mm rifle cartridges, 15 pieces per box, with heavy bullets, and a production date of November 1952. Two steel stripper clips are included, each holding five rounds. Burns in-house shipping is available. Pick up is Saturday, Feb. 28 from 10 am to 4 pm at our gallery in Lancaster, Ohio 43130 or we will provide in-house shipping for this item.
